Ottawa Public Health (The Link)
Ottawa Public Health is a municipal public service that offers free resources, clinics, initiatives, and support for everyone in the city. They have several youth oriented resources that range from safe partying to safe sex. These youth services are a part of The Link: a youth focused department of OPH. Sexuality is a big part of how people define themselves! In a world of ever-evolving information, it is important that you have the most accurate information so that you can make healthy and smart decisions that result in positive sexual experiences that are free of discrimation and violence while being consensual.
If you have questions, concerns, need information, resources, or access to contraception and other sexual health aides, then stop by at one of the many Sexual Health Drop-In Clinics! There are Ottawa Public Health staff who can answer your questions, keep your information confidential, and will ensure that your visit is a positive experience!
Anyone 29 and under is welcome. If you don't fall into this age category but require help, you can visit any one of our regular walk-in clinics. You can also visit your primary care provider (a physician or nurse practitioner), walk-in clinic, or in the event of an emergency, go to the nearest hospital.
